As the Client Service Manager of the AssuredPartners Illinois Employee Benefits Practice, Laurie has played an integral part in the design, development, planning and implementation of the Client Service Team. She has more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, 13 of which include expertise specific to claims management and customer service.
Laurie is the driving force for the Client Service Team, working alongside the employee benefits practice leader to provide an unsurpassed, top quality customer service experience for all clients. She recruits, trains and coaches team members as well as oversees and supports them with client management, marketing and enrollment activities. Laurie also works closely with the benefits sales executives on product presentations and demonstrations, employee communications and more.
As the most senior member in her tenure with the Employee Benefits’ Client Service Team, Laurie also manages a block of business for approximately 3,500 lives, comprised of the larger accounts at AssuredPartners Illinois (companies with 100 or more employees).
